  • Based on Articles 24(2), 25, 26(1), or 27(1) or (2) of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (collectively referred to as "disclosure request procedures"), we respond to requests from the individual or their representative as follows.
  • Regarding the provision of personal information to third parties, we will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as provided by law.

Handling Requests Regarding Retained Personal Data

  • When there are requests to view, correct, suspend use of, or delete personal information, we verify the identity of the individual through established procedures and respond promptly.

Implementation of Security Measures

  • Regarding the provision of retained personal information to third parties, we do not disclose or provide it to third parties without the consent of the individual, except as required by law. We manage retained personal information accurately and up-to-date within the scope necessary for the purpose of use, and take reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, striving for prevention and correction.
  • When we outsource the processing of personal information to external parties, we contractually obligate them not to leak it or provide it to third parties, and implement appropriate supervision of such parties.

Handling of Personal Information

Personal Information and Its Purpose of Use

The main personal information held by our company and its purpose of use are as follows. When acquiring personal information directly written in a document by the individual, we will specify the purpose of use each time. In other cases where personal information is acquired directly or indirectly, we will handle it within the scope of the following purposes.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We manage retained personal information appropriately and do not provide it to third parties without the consent of the individual.

※ However, the following cases are exceptions.

  • When required by law.
  • When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
  • When particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
  • When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a person entrusted by them in executing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent may impede the execution of such duties.

Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information

1. Receiving Disclosure Requests

Please contact us by phone, letter, or email. For requests related to personal information disclosure, please fill out our designated application form, attach the required identity verification documents, and submit.

2. Documents Required for Disclosure Requests

For personal credit information (financial, asset, account numbers), PINs, and specific sensitive information — please send the following documents for requests from the individual.

Requests from the Individual

  • 1Our designated "Application for Disclosure / Correction / Suspension of Use" form, completed with required information and stamped with a registered seal.
  • 2A copy of identity verification document (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.).
  • 3Certificate of seal registration for the individual.

Requests from a Representative (in addition to above)

  • 1Power of attorney (any format, but must include the individual's signature, registered seal, address, and the representative's name, address, and registered seal).
  • 2Certificate of seal registration for the representative.
  • 3A copy of the representative's identity verification document (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.).

For other information (basic: name, address, phone, email, date of birth, employer, service details, contract terms, etc.), identity verification will be done via callback to the registered phone number or email.

Documents for Representative Requests

  • 1Our designated "Application for Disclosure / Correction / Suspension of Use" form, completed with required information and stamped.
  • 2Power of attorney (any format, but must include the individual's signature, seal, address, and the representative's name, address, and seal).
  • 3One copy each of identity verification documents for both the individual and representative (driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.).

Suspension of Registration

Registration will be suspended in any of the following cases.

  • When the registered individual requests suspension.
  • When career history, skills, qualifications, etc. were misrepresented at the time of registration or employment, or when false declarations were made.
  • When intentional or negligent damage is caused to a recruiting company, employer, employer's associates, our company, or a third party.
  • When actions disadvantaging or damaging the reputation of an employer, employer's associates, or our company are taken.
